The Worship Committee plays a major role in the life of the church in a highly visible way.   Many people are needed to serve as ushers, liturgists and prepare Communion.

The choir and special music is another place where unique gifts may be offered. Excitement is building for the new contemporary Praise and Worship services and the call is out for people who will be needed in new and meaningful ministries. 

You might be interested in helping decorate the sanctuary for special seasons. You might be the very one who sees to it that the items in the pews stay stocked and straightened each week. Did you know someone has to fill the candles with liquid paraffin so that they stay lighted during the service?       

Seems like there just might be a job you would find where service is clearly helping others in their worship of God.
